Alon is leading Qwilt's strategic direction, culture and business execution bringing over fifteen years of experience with multi-national high-tech companies and start-ups.
Most recently at Cisco, Alon oversaw the development and operations of the Service Control Engine (SCE) product line with responsibility for more than 50 employees across few geographical sites. Alon joined Cisco following the $200M acquisition of P-Cube, where he was part of the early team that was able to define and successfully deploy a new product category at over 1000 customers over the years. Earlier in his career, Alon held engineering roles at Seabridge (Nokia Siemens Networks). Alon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA (Multi-Disciplinary) at the Leon Recanati School in Tel Aviv University.

Dan drives corporate marketing strategy and activities globally for Qwilt, bringing more than thirteen years of marketing and product management experience at high technology companies.
Prior to co-founding Qwilt, Dan was Director of Product Marketing at Crescendo Networks (F5 Networks), a leading provider of data center application delivery products. At Crescendo Dan was responsible for leading the company’s overall marketing and product direction. Earlier in his career Dan held product management roles at Juniper Networks and Kagoor Networks (acquired by Juniper) as well as engineering management positions at Kagoor Networks and Seabridge (Nokia Siemens Networks). Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business from Tel Aviv University Magna Cum Laude and an MBA (Marketing) from the Leon Recanati School in Tel Aviv University.
Bryn Teasdale

Bryn Teasdale

VP International Sales

Bryn is responsible for the international Sales and Channel strategy for Qwilt bringing over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the high-tech networking industry, achieving many top performer and over achievement awards during his career.
Prior to joining Qwilt, Bryn spent the previous 6 years in sales leadership roles at Cisco. Joining Cisco through their acquisition of P-Cube, Bryn led a global sales and systems engineering team focused on selling Cisco’s DPI solutions to service providers. His last 18 months at Cisco were spent as the sales lead for EMEA, in the newly formed Mobility Sales Development Team, set up in preparation of Cisco’s acquisition of Starent. As GM Sales EMEA for P-Cube, Bryn introduced the company to the European market, achieving considerable success prior to the acquisition, and went on to gain close to 80% of the European DPI market. As Regional Sales Director at Alteon Websystems, Bryn led the UK team through a period of phenomenal growth, prior to their acquisition by Nortel. Bryn also held sales and sale management roles at Siemens, Tricom and Micom Interlan.
Yoav Gressel

VP Research and Development

Yoav drives the product research, design, development and quality assurance activities at Qwilt bringing over a decade of technology development and management expertise in software and computer networking.
Before joining Qwilt, Yoav held engineering management positions at Cisco Systems, managing R&D groups in global locations. Yoav came to Cisco as part of the acquisition of P-Cube, being a part of the core engineering team. Prior to P-Cube, Yoav acquired a range of experiences in developing solutions in IP and networking technologies at DSPC (acquired by Intel) and RAD. He graduated with a BsC in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv appearing on the Dean’s list for outstanding achievements.
