About The Position

About The Role

·       Working in a group of two bookkeepers

·       Manage and maintain the company’s bookkeeping including new entities in a growing environment

·       Accounts Receivables - Invoicing and collection, reconciliation, and aging reports

·       Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments

·       Reconcile banks, vendors, credit cards, and inter-company balances

·       Recording the Company’s credit cards in the books

·       Financial reporting to social security and tax authorities

·       Managing accruals and prepaid expenses monthly

·       Maintain the Fixed Assets ledger in the ERP system and in Ram Nihul

·       Process travel & expenses reports and maintain approval flow

·       Assist and design month-end procedures


·       Full service, end-to-end bookkeeping for high growth, a fast-paced global hi-tech company

·       Responsible for monthly trial balance close, including but not limited to bank and credit card reconciliations, posting of journal entries, fixed asset register management, month-end accruals, and cut-off accounts, and preparing supporting close package working papers

·       Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries and cut-off accounts

·       Perform all activities related to AP including reviewing and processing payments as well as purchase requisition cycle

·       Manage the AR cycle, including monthly invoicing and collection

·       Process travel expenses reports and maintain approval flow

·       Reporting to governmental authorities including ITA, National Insurance and VAT

·       Assist and support in the year-end audit process

·       Work with the payroll external service provider on hours reporting for the payslips

Your experience, skills, and requirements

·       Team player with great interpersonal skills

·       Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)

·       Proactive attitude and self-driven

·       5+ years of experience in a similar position in a high-tech company

·       Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)

·       Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

·       High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particular emphasis on Excel

·       Excellent multi-tasker

·       Experience with Netsuite
