SVP Customer Support & OperationsNimrod leads Qwilt’s global customer support and operations. He brings over fifteen years of experience in managing engineering development, quality assurance, operation and escalation teams in both corporate and start-up high tech companies.
Prior to joining Qwilt, Nimrod managed development, quality assurance and escalation groups on Cisco’s Service Control Engine (SCE) product line which he joined as part of the P-cube acquisition. Earlier in his career, Nimrod held engineering and support roles at service provider 012smile currently Orange.
Nimrod holds a B.Sc degree in Software engineering from Technion Institute of technology, a B.Sc degree in Mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University Magna Cum Laude and a multi-disciplinary MBA from Leon Recanati school in Tel Aviv University.
